Our products are shipped directly from our dropshipping suppliers. As such, returns and refunds are limited to specific situations as outlined below.

2. Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/color selection due to the made-to-order dropshipping process.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.
  • You must provide clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Please note: Products without clear proof of damage or defect are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Once we have reviewed your case and confirmed the issue, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are delivered in good condition and match the order specifications.
  • Items returned after 5 business days of delivery.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Sale or clearance items.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) are typically covered by our suppliers if the issue is validated. In other cases, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
